Required for September 2025, we seek an energetic and enthusiastic Teacher of Art. This is an exciting opportunity to join a very successful and innovative team in a new, well-equipped teaching environment. This role would suit a newly/recently qualified or experienced teacher. Hope Valley Pathways is a specialist post-16 provision for young people with SEND, preparing them for life and work. It is set in the beautiful Peak District countryside and has its own building situated on the same site as Hope Valley College and currently has 23 students.

We are seeking a passionate and inspiring female Learning Mentor to provide 1 to 1 support and guidance to a female student inside and outside of the classroom and to promote self-esteem, learning, opportunity and independence.  The student has a fully trained autism assistance dog.

Candidates that are trained in mental health and PTSD are preferred, but training can be provided.

The working hours are 8.30am to 3pm Monday to Friday, 39 weeks per year. The post is temporary until 31 August 2026.  

Required to start as soon as possible, a Pastoral Manager will work within our friendly, fast-paced and experienced team, providing an efficient and effective pastoral support service. You must be able to follow systems, procedures and processes to the standards required by the School, Trust and appropriate regulatory bodies. 

Responsibilities will include working with the Key Stage Leaders, Senior Leadership Team, Inclusion Team, teaching staff and outside agencies to ensure all our students receive relevant, appropriate and focused support and behave to the high standards expected in our school.  Previous experience of working with young people would be an advantage.

The post holder will also play a key part in the administrative function of the School, inputting and analysing student data, communicating both verbally and in writing with a variety of stakeholders and undertaking a range of pastoral administrative duties.
