How to apply for a place at Bradwell Junior School

Applications for places in Year 3 from September 2025 should be made by 15 January 2025, although late applications are still possible. Applications should be made via the Derbyshire County Council (DCC) website.

In-year admissions

Moving into Year 3 (transition)

In the summer term, we run a comprehensive transition programme for all pupils comprising meetings with staff and parents, as well as visits for the children building from one hour to a whole day so that they feel welcomed, enthused and ready for the challenges of their next stage of learning.
